186_RJCMr. Cardenas brings over 16 years of experience at 2 national defense firms with a practice primarily devoted to risk management/premises liability, transportation law, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Cardenas, coming from a long line of Hispanic community leaders, has been an active member of the Ohio Hispanic Bar Association since 1997, currently serving as Trustee. He has practiced in both federal and state courts throughout Ohio as well as in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. Mr. Cardenas has undertaken a multitude of bench and jury trials, as well as hundreds of mediations/arbitrations, on behalf of clients ranging from small to Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Cardenas also serves as an adjunct professor at Lakeland College, teaching a variety of legal and litigation courses.

RupleMr. Ruple has over 19 years experience representing clients in toxic tort, premises liability, insurance coverage, product liability, professional liability, copyright/trademark litigation, landlord-tenant and commercial collections. In 2012, The Ohio State Bar Association appointed Mr. Ruple to serve as one of twelve people on the inaugural Insurance Coverage Specialty Board, which received approval by the Ohio Supreme Court to offer the first insurance coverage certification examination in Ohio in 2013. He has also presented on agent/broker liability. Mr. Ruple grew up in and is a proud resident of Lake County, where he lives with his wife and two children.
